MARINA International Workshops on Responsible Research & Innovation taking place across Europe: have your say and engage!
What Responsible Research and Innovation (RRI) actions are needed for sustainable Maritime Research, Technological Development and Innovation (RTDI) by 2030? What actions are needed in order to make ports and ships green, efficient and sustainable? How can Responsible Research and Innovation (RRI) serve to bridge deep sea mining, sustainability and policy?
How to ensure an inclusive approach to be adopted for the governance of the high seas?
These are the triggering questions at the very centre of the 2018 International MARINA workshops, organized by several partners of the Horizon 2020 project, which aims to promote Responsible Research and Innovation (RRI) to solve marine related challenges.
The MARINA International workshops are shaped according to the Mobilization and Mutual learning approach (MML) and are open to stakeholders from all Europe. The results, together with the outcomes of the other MARINA workshops in Europe, will be freely accessible on the MARINA Web Knowledge Sharing Platform, used for identifying lessons learned and best practices and disseminated at European policy conferences.
