The real health of Baltic Sea based on current research

  “Baltic Sea Anatomy” is the main topic to be addressed at the Estonian local Mobilization and Mutual Learning - MML workshop, taking place today 16th of February, in Taru. The worskshop, organized by AHHA Science Centre using the World Café format, tackles the hot topic of Pollution Caused by Human Land & Sea Pressures. At the very core  "The real health of Baltic Sea based on current research", which is discussed under the following working questions:
  • What is the real quality of food from Baltic Sea?
  • What are the environmental issues we can solve by changing behavior?
The MML worshop will involve citizens, scientists, business representatives, entrepreneurs, local authorities and policy makers in an open dialogue. Together they will define a common vision and a roadmap of solutions and actions to face this challenge. The results, together with the outcomes of the other MARINA workshops in Europe, will be freely accessible on the MARINA Web Knowledge Sharing Platform, used for identifying lessons learned and best practices and disseminated at European policy conferences.
